Assessing impact is more than just customer satisfaction. Accountability for effectiveness -- lasting change in attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors -- is becoming an expectation of clients and stakeholders. Our self-efficacy tools are the next generation in emotional intelligence assessment and will provide you with a competitive edge. You can:
*Assess and track changes in self and relational competencies (self-efficacy), one of the strongest predictors of behavior and resilience
*Enhance coaching or therapeutic relationships
*Demonstrate effectiveness of your services
*Engage clients in self-assessment
*Establish and track progress toward goals, and provide accountability
*Provide measures of effectiveness for funding sources
The Perceived Competence of Functioning Inventory (PCFI©) is a valid and reliable outcomes tool for measuring changes in self-efficacy. It has been used successfully for the past 16 years in the measurement of progress and change in a variety of populations.
The PCFI© is the primary tool we use to measure our effectiveness when working with groups. Clients can obtain a comprehensive outcomes report that explains the impact of the program, how it relates to team goals, and includes recommendations for follow-up.
Both the CAP© and the PCFI© are psychometrically sound assessment instruments. Click here for more information on the characteristics of a good outcomes tool.
